Max Mosley, the son of the ex-British Union of Fascists,  has issued High Court proceedings against Google recently – claiming that they are in breach of UK’s data protection act.

Unfortunately for Mosely, this is not the first time these damaging news have reached the public eye. Back in 2008, Britain’s News of the World tabloid published unsavoury images and accused Mosely of organizing a sex party with a Nazi theme. Mosely successfully sued the paper with the High Court ruling that the story was not in the public interest.

Google has stated they are working with Mosely on the issue at hand, which involves images of the ex-FIA boss with prostitutes

There have been no other public statements.
