Gamers also want a great sound and this new Gigabyte motherboard also packs a lot to satisfy here. The Gigabyte AMP-UP technology provides crisp and ultra-realistic sound effects while the Realtek ALC 1150 provides ten DAC channels for simultaneous 7.1 channel surround sound as well as having 2 independent stereo outputs to support multiple streamings. The OP-AMP is upgradeable/replaceable for those who wish something else, a nice touch.

The M.2 slot is dual design to allow for maximum compatibility and SATA Express is features too. The DIMM slots have 4 channel memory support and otherwise the X99M-Gaming 5 also has everything else you’d want from an X99 motherboard.
