Modern Warfare 3 will have dedicated servers

While everybody is drooling on the upcoming Battlefield 3, Infinity Ward and Activision had to do something to bring a little more attention.
Well as it turns out, Modern Warfare 3 will have dedicated server for its gaming. I wonder if that attracted the crowd at Gamescom.
Noah Heller, who works at Beachhead Studios on Call of Duty: Elite, said this to Eurogamer:
“And of course we’re working really hard right now on the customised version of Elite for the PC [versions of Call of Duty games], because it’s an open platform and has some challenges.”
