With the news of the new Asrock A330ION being realeased using old technology and simple performance benchmarks that were no brainers, will this motherboard with ION platform be the kick in the right direction that Nvidia need?
The Asrock A330ION features an Nvidia ION chipset, supports the first generation Intel Atom CPU’s including the famous Dual-Core Atom 330 1.6GHz CPU and is the first board with DDR3 support.
The A330ION has 2 dual channel DDR3 slots, supporting upto 4Gb of memory at speeds upto 1066MHz.

Benchmarks clearly show the dramatic increase of performance with the A330ION compared to an ION DDR2 setup using 800MHz modules.
