Last week, we published a preview on the Asus P7P55D Evo motherboard which comes with the new Intel based 1156 socket. This is the first board using this socket in the UK, and is the first shown from Asus sporting the new socket. This set of boards are created for the new Lynnfield processors which should be available in a few months time. Talks are said to have Core i5 variants as well as Core i7.
