PowerColor just added up a new card to its factory overclock PCS+ queue which is bound to hit the market in February.
The PCS+ RADEON HD 5670 comes with a custom Arctic Cooling dual-slot cooler having a 92mm fan which leads to a low-noise working environment measured under 30dBA at full load.
Compared to the PowerColor HD 5670, the PCS+ version shows little improvement to the core clock, having it overclocked to 785 MHz, a 10 MHz win over the original 775 MHz version, with its 512 Mb of GDDR5 working at 4 Gbps, on a 128-bit memory interface.

Also we can see that the VGA output was replaced, enabling ATI Eyefinity to work on up to three displays connected through 1xDVI output, 1xHDMI output and 1xDisplayPort. In addition, the ATI Stream technology accelerates daily applications, enhancing work and entertaining efficiency, for an increased productivity.
Although we can see the clock boost and special cooling solution, the PCS+ RADEON HD 5670 consumes less than 75 Watts, having no need for any external power connections and has a price tag estimated at below €90 ($100).
