When you run a review site like eTeknix, from time to time you find interesting ways to get the latest content to the viewers.
Ask any webmaster out there, whether they run a simple striving blog or the next big thing since Facebook or Twitter, they want to be the first to have it, and that means knowing what to give.
What are you rambling on about Andy, I hear you say. Well, let me tell you.
What was the biggest new thing in 2009?
How about Windows 7?
I mean yeah, the iPhone 3Gs was great, but simply put, the iPhone 3G was out and it worked, and before that the iPhone 2G. So all that Apple did, was improve on something that was already great.
DirectX 11 was a milestone in gaming graphics, but DirectX 10 was out and it worked, and before that DirectX 9 capable cards were out. So once again, an already great technology was improved.
Windows Vista though, where do I start? It looked good. That’s all I can pretty much say about it, and that’s only because I refuse to swear.
Simply put, it was terrible, slow, bloated, flawed and any other word that you can see fitting for an operating system that should have never been released.
Windows 7 came along and simply gave Microsoft a new lease of life, only problem being the fact that a lot of users were stuck with Windows Vista, and from our research still are. We at eTeknix can’t sleep at night, knowing that people out there are still using Windows Vista, so we want to give you something back.
We want to inform you that Microsoft are still giving you the chance to try out, test, evaluate Windows 7 Enterprise for 90 days. Being the Enterprise version, it is designed for IT professionals, but what is a computer enthusiast if not an IT professional?
This 90-day trial will give you the chance to evaluate Windows 7, to become familiar with its key features that work, unlike Vista and to test out any software or hardware that you may be unsure of functionality due to the heartache of Vista.
You can obtain the trial by going to following link:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/cc442495.aspx?ITPID=sprblog
Once there, you can choose whether you want to download the 32-bit or 64-bit version in a variety of different languages.
We have shown you the light, now walk towards it and listen to that voice.
Windows 7…..Windows 7…..Windows 7…..Windows 7.
