XFX Radeon HD 5850 Black Edition 1GB Graphics Card Unboxing Video

Today we are unboxing the XFX Radeon HD 5850 1GB Graphics Card.

This is the graphics card from ATi’s newest range of graphics cards, the 5xxx seires. It features the latest DirectX 11 technology, ATI Stream technology and ATI Eyefinity. Being a black edition card, it is a limited edition card with XFX claim to be faster than any card in the XFX lineup, or any card on the planet for that matter.

The black edition card is a hand picked GPU with membership to the XFX exclusive club, giving live RMA support, priority for black edition owners with a chance to get hold of products before their launch, and a chance to go to XFX open days. XFX state that it’s the best of the best, the GPU is picked and tested throughly before releasing.

The box talks through some of the main features including DirectX11 support. It tells us the exact model of the card, including the fact that it’s the Black Edition.

The back of the packaging tells us about the key features, a bit of information about Black Edition and the 5 star support that XFX give.

On the bottom of the box is the system requirements, what’s included in the box and the relevant series numbers.
