I just looked at the board. Seems the board is exactly setup like that. 3 white slots for triple channel and then another slot for another stick, just to sacrifice performance =(. Oh well... Finnbarr… This board has a triple channel memory controller. All 1366 socket boards have a triple channel controllers, meaning the board only performs best when running in combinations of three sticks of memory. So it could run either 3 sticks or 6 and it would perform best in those configurations.
