Sony-Xperia-Z1-f-Mini

Pocket-Lint reports that Sony has just made official it’s smaller version of the Xperia Z1 handset – the Xperia Z1F. The all new Sony Xperia Z1F takes the Xperia Z1 design and shrinks most things down a little – making it a “mini” version for those who are confused by the random F. Firstly the screen drops from a 5 inch full HD 1920 x 1080 display to a 4.3 inch HD 1280 x 720 display. Internally the differences stop there as it still has a powerful 2.2GHz quad core CPU from the Snapdragon 800 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, NFC, Qi wireless charging and a 2300 mAh battery. There’s also a rear 20.1 megapixel G Lens camera and the whole device weighs 140 grams.

Sony is making the Xperia Z1F available in four colours, three pictured above, which are: black, white, pink and lime. Sony is initially launching the Xperia Z1F in its native Japan but it will probably hit other markets shortly after. The device will launch with Japanese carrier DoCoMo in early December this year. Sony will undoubtledly announce plans for other key markets, Europe and North America, by then.
