STALKER 2 still in development, despite rumors

After some reports appeared in December claiming that the studio had been rumored to be shutting down, GSC initially denied the report via Twitter before deleting its denial.
The studio then declined to comment when contacted by the press.
However, a recent post on their Facebook page, saying:
“The Stalker team is extremely happy! Why? Because we are continuing work on Stalker 2 after the holidays.”
Brings some hope to that STALKER 2 is still going to be with us in a few years. While this might not be an official statement, its something.
