Power Supply Unit
The XFX XTS 460W has a fairly clean aesthetic. As you can see the entire design is dominated by ventilation to ensure the power supply stays cool under load. We’ve got ventilation on all sides of the PSU including at the bottom, we can also see the fully modular design of this power supply at the cable-end – nothing comes hard-wired. The XFX branding on this unit is fairly comprehensive being on every side of the PSU except the top facing side. XFX recommend that you mount this power supply at the bottom of a case with the vent facing upwards to heat can rise naturally.
Cabling
Given the fairly small 460W capacity the number of cables are fairly modest. There’s a single CPU 8 pin, dual PCIe 6+2 pins and a motherboard 24 pin.
Moving onto peripheral connectors and we get four cables and one adapter. The first cable has four SATA, the second four molex as well as a molex to FDD adapter, the third cable dual molex and the fourth cable dual SATA.
