How Much Does it Cost?
At the time of writing, I think the 1MORE ComfoBuds are actually on sale, as they’re just $49.90 on the 1MORE website, down from $59.90. However, I was informed their price should be around £65 for this model and around £100 for the upcoming pro model. That being said, I’ve seen them quite a bit cheaper from some retailers, so it’s worth shopping around, as these are incredible value for money even at their full MSRP.
Overview
While I still think that the 1MORE True Wireless ANC are some of the best headphones on the market today, they’re also quite a bit more expensive than the 1MORE ComfoBuds. If anything though, the fact the ComfoBuds are around 1/4 of the price of their big brother makes them all the more impressive. Their quality and performance certainly aren’t 1/4 of the flagship model.
That being said, the Gen 2 Airpods are about 4x the price of these too, and these have more powerful drivers, a better range, more ANC microphones, the infrared sensor system, and their IPX5 rated. I think it’s fair to say that 1MORE hasn’t just beaten Apple in the feature department, they’ve absolutely thrashed them. And to point it out for the millionth time, they’re a lot cheaper too.
1MORE hasn’t cut corners here either, and the build quality of their new headphones upholds the high standards we’ve come to expect of them. Everything looks great, they feel durable, and their lightweight too. As the name would (sort of) suggest, they’re superbly comfortable too!
The dock is much easier to live with than previous models too. It’s slimmer, lightly, and fits more snugly in your pocket. Plus, it’ll give you up to 18 hour total run time between full charges, which is enough to deal with your daily commute or daily walk for the whole week! However, it does seem a little tricky to get the headphones out of the dock, but it’s hardly a deal-breaker.
The ComfoBuds are perfect for anyone who wants freedom from cables, wants a big grin on their face when they crank their music and needs great quality hands free calls (thanks to the ANC!). Plus, at this price, you really can’t go wrong with the ComfoBuds!
