Final Thoughts

How Much Does it Cost?

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find stock at any of our usual retailers. However, we expect that to change in the coming weeks as more stock hits the global market. I couldn’t find any prices either, unfortunately. Although given the previous model was just £40, I wouldn’t expect the new one to be much more than that anyway.

Overview

ADATA has been making some of the best memory and storage products on the market for many years now. From worlds fastest RAM kits to slick RGB SSDs. Heck, they even make some cool robots too. However, more recently they’ve started to dip their toes into the peripherals market, and if the M20 is anything to go by, there’s on the right track.

The XPG Infarex M20 doesn’t reinvent the market, it doesn’t even innovate really. What it does it take well-proven models and components and puts them into a familiar looking and feeling product. For those looking for an affordable yet very competitive mouse for work and gaming, it’s ticking all the right boxes.

Build Quality

It’s certainly a durable mouse, and I love that they’ve gone for a weighted design, without the need for a weight tuning system. Sure, those who want a twitchy FPS mouse will want something around 100g or maybe even less. However, for general work and gaming, and smooth movements. Well, that’s where the XPG really shines. I found it a joy to game with while playing Jurassic World Evolution, Two Point Hospital, and Monster Hunter World, my current flavours of the month. It’s just as adept in Photoshop and editing this very review too, so a nice all round product really. The use of Omron switches, braided cable, and switchable RGB lighting only help to sweeten the deal.

Should I Buy One?

This mouse isn’t for everyone since it lacks side grips and ergonomics that may be a focus for say, the eSports crowd. However, for an at-home gamer and worker like myself, it’s perfect. The weight, the size, and the palm rest ergonomics are great for extremely long work and gaming sessions. If that sounds like the thing you’re after, I can’t recommend it enough. Now, if only I could find one in stock somewhere…
