AGON by AOC Launches QHD 320 Hz and ‘Dual Frame’ 32-inch Gaming Monitors

AGON by AOC is dropping a couple of new monitors that should grab the attention of any PC gamer. The world’s leading gaming monitor brand is rolling out the AOC GAMING Q27G4SRU and the AOC GAMING U32G4U, each targeting a different sweet spot in the market. Whether you’re all about raw speed at an accessible price or you need one display to rule both immersive 4K and competitive FHD, AOC has got you covered.
AOC GAMING Q27G4SRU
This 27-inch monitor is aimed squarely at the competitive crowd, serving up a super-fast 320 Hz refresh rate at a QHD (2560×1440) resolution. For many, QHD is the perfect balance, with an image that’s sharp enough, thanks to its 110.84 pixels per inch, but less demanding on your graphics card than 4K, especially for pushing higher refresh rates. AOC has packed a Fast IPS panel into the Q27G4SRU, which helps it hit impressive response times of up to 1 ms GtG and 0.3 ms MPRT (with Motion Blur Reduction enabled).

Key Features:
- 27-inch QHD (2560×1440) Fast IPS Panel
- 320 Hz Refresh Rate
- 1 ms GtG / 0.3 ms MPRT
- DisplayHDR 400 Certification and 450 cd/m² peak brightness
- NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and Adaptive-Sync support
- Connectivity: 2x HDMI 2.1, 1x DisplayPort 1.4
- 4-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub (one with fast-charging)
- Supports 2560×1440 @ 120 Hz on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X
AOC GAMING U32G4U Dual Frame
The U32G4U is where AOC’s Dual Frame technology really comes into its own. This is the first time they’ve included the tech on a larger 32-inch monitor, expanding on the concept first seen in their 27-inch U27G4R. The U32G4U lets you switch seamlessly between two very different experiences:
- UHD (3840×2160) at 160 Hz: Perfect for single-player, story-driven games, content creation, or just enjoying that glorious 4K detail (139.87 ppi).
- FHD (1920×1080) at 320 Hz: When speed is everything, you can drop the resolution for a competitive refresh rate.
This model, also featuring a Fast IPS panel, maintains excellent speeds with 1 ms GtG and 0.5 ms MPRT in both resolution modes.

Key Features
- 32-inch Fast IPS Panel with Dual Frame Technology
- UHD (3840×2160) at 160 Hz Mode
- FHD (1920×1080) at 320 Hz Mode
- 1 ms GtG / 0.5 ms MPRT
- DisplayHDR 400 Certification
- Connectivity: 2x HDMI 2.1, 1x DisplayPort 1.4
- 4-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub (one with fast-charging)
- Supports full 3840×2160 @ 120 Hz on current-gen consoles
What We Think
These two monitors present a clear and sensible choice for gamers. The Q27G4SRU is basically a competitive gamer’s choice on a budget. Dropping 320 Hz performance into a QHD panel at that price point is seriously appealing, hitting that ‘sweet spot’ of speed and visual clarity that’s still manageable for many modern GPUs. The U32G4U is a different beast entirely—a brilliant concept for the gamer who genuinely does everything. We’ve long seen people debating 4K immersion versus competitive frame rates, and the Dual Frame technology essentially ends that debate for them. The 32-inch size is where that 4K/UHD experience truly becomes immersive, making this a fantastic all-in-one desktop command centre.
In the words of César Acosta, Gaming Product Manager at AGON by AOC:
“These monitors represent two clear paths for different gaming needs,” says César Acosta, Gaming Product Manager at AGON by AOC. “The Q27G4SRU gives competitive players the QHD clarity they want with a 320 Hz speed at a great price point. The U32G4U takes our Dual Frame concept to 32 inches, where the technology really excels – offering both the immersive UHD experience for single-player games and the competitive FHD performance when you need maximum speed.”
