Overclocking

Temperatures were solid at just 66c at full load. Plus taking that to a locked 4.5 GHz only saw that increase to 67. However, that’s where things get complicated because I think it was a complete waste of time overclocking this CPU. It’s clear that there is a SMALL improvement, but it really wasn’t worth it. AMD has done amazing work with their boost tech and it shows that the CPU was already giving us everything it had right out of the box. Overclocking on most consumer CPUs is pointless on modern CPUs, as we’ve said for quite some time now.
