Building a system inside the Draco 10 was really as easy as it gets. It was clear from the moment I took it out of the box that it was going to be a breeze to work with. Antec has made the case small, but not painfully small. It still has a wider body and a good length to it, ensuring all the components fit with relative ease.
What’s more, the cable routing options are stunning. There are two large routing holes above the motherboard and to the right, ensuring all PSU cables fit with minimal effort and short runs.
Of course, all those routing holes on the PSU shroud allow for easy vertical runs for SATA and USB headers. However, I always love it when we see the GPU routing hole. It amazes me how many cases still aren’t doing this, and it makes for a much cleaner build overall.
The length is good too, and as you can see, there’s plenty of room for a high-end GPU. Antec actually says the massive ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 3090 and the MSI RTX 3090 GAMING X TRIO will fit in this case, and they’re properly big cards.
There’s a surprising amount of space up top too, and with the fan mounts closer to the glass than the motherboard, it means you can fit an AIO cooler up here. However, be sure you pick memory that isn’t too tall, as it could conflict with the frontmost fan.
Overall, it’s a simple build, but it’s effective. Airflow feels good even without a front fan, as I can feel it being pulled through the case. Of course, that’s easily improved by adding an additional fan if you feel the need for more powerful system builds.
Of course, with that RGB strip on the front of the case, and a built-in controller on the I/O, you’re just a button press away from a selection of colours and effects.
