Antec Reveals Performance 1 FT Flagship Case With Temperature Control Display

Antec has today unveiled another case to their long lineup of gaming PC cases, the 1 FT Flagship full tower case featuring an airflow-enhanced front panel design, magnetic front filter, and four pre-installed PWM fans, this new chassis provides efficient airflow and great cooling performance.

The 1 FT Case With Temperature Control Display

This new flagship case from Antec features plenty of the staples of good case design with an airflow-focused design with the combination of a grid-shaped dust filter and the magnetic louver front panel which provides massive airflow and easy maintenance. The mesh panel features 1.2mm vent holes striking a good balance between ventilation and dust prevention. All side panels on the case are tool-free and easy to remove making building in this case a pleasant experience.

The big new feature of this case is its temperature control display on the top of the case. This display allows for users to view the temperature of their CPU and GPU at a glance ensuring you always have an eye on your temperatures.

Size and Compatibility

The 1 FT is a full tower case measuring 522 x 230 x 522 mm (DxWxH) and is fully compatible with e-ATX, ATX, micro-ATX and ITX motherboards. With its large size the case is fully compatible with large graphics cards featuring 8 expansion slots and providing up to 400mm of room as well as plenty of ventilation below the cards. Keeping your CPU cool is an easy task as well as the case has room for up to a 175mm tower cooler.

Further providing cooling is the fans of which the case provides plenty of mounting options on the front, top, bottom and rear and comes included with three pre-installed Storm 140mm PWM fans and one Storm 120mm PWM fan. In total you can fit up to 10 fans with three 120/140mm in the front and top, one 120mm fan in the rear and three 120mm fans on top of the PSU shroud. For radiators, the case supports up to a 420mm radiator in the front and a 360mm in the top.

Storage and Cable Management

When it comes to storage the Antec 1 FT features support for two tool-less 3.5″ HDD drive cages as well as up to three 2.5″ SSD mounting spaces. Cable managing all these storage drives is a simple task as the case features several cable channels with up to 30mm of clearance and several velcro straps to provide a clean and tidy build. The case also features two cable covers to truly hide the cables.

Front I/O

Alongside the temperature display on the top of the case is the I/O which features everything you expect from a modern case. On the top is the usual Power and reset buttons alongside a mic/audio jack, two USB 3.0, one USB Type C 3.2 and finally the temperature display switch button. To keep these ports free from dust Antec have also provided dust plugs.
