AOC AGON AG276QZD2 QD-OLED, 0.03ms 240Hz Gaming Monitor Review

Getting the latest AGON monitor in for review is always a fun day in the office, partly because I’m a big fan and actually run an AGON OLED myself as my daily, but also because they’re often some of the most feature-packed and high-end monitors around! The snappily named AG276QZD2 may not have a name that rolls off the tongue, but it’s hard not to be enticed by its specifications. With a 27″ QD-OLED 240Hz 0.03ms panel with a 2560×1440 resolution, it can deliver a truly next-level gaming and desktop user experience. What’s best is that it can do it all for under £450 too; it’s great to see the price of high-end OLED monitors is steadily dropping!

AOC AGON AG276QZD2

The AOC AGON AG276QZD2 is a high-performance monitor engineered for competitive gaming, centred around its stunning 26.5-inch Quad HD (2560×1440) QD-OLED panel, offering true HDR400 black levels and vibrant colours thanks to its wide colour gamut. It boasts a lightning-fast 240 Hz refresh rate and an exceptional 0.03 ms Grey-to-Grey (GtG) response time, ensuring ultra-smooth, motion-blur-free visuals critical for competitive gaming. Furthermore, it supports tear-free gameplay through G-SYNC Compatibility and Adaptive-Sync, synchronising the display’s refresh rate with your GPU.

The AG276QZD2 features a professional, ergonomic design and practical functions. It comes with a height-adjustable stand, with a unique shape to maximise desk space and includes built-in cable management for a clean setup. With a built-in USB Hub (USB 3.2 Gen 1) for connecting your peripherals, as well as HDMI 2.0 support, AOC G-Menu software and ambient RGB Light FX on the monitor’s rear, it’s certainly well-equipped.

AOC supports this premium monitor with a strong 3-Year Warranty, which includes coverage for OLED burn-in, provided the necessary screen maintenance is followed, but it comes with a full complement of OLED protection features, and these 3rd and 4th generations of panels are pretty resilient anyway.
