AOC Announces I1601FWUX 16-inch USB-C Monitor

Display manufacturer AOC is announcing the I1601FWUX, a handy 16-inch monitor with a USB Type-C connector. The ultra-slim IPS display is ideal for on-the-go users with a USB-C connector on their laptops, extending monitor needs for presentations and more. The viewable area measures 15.6-inches with a 700:1 contrast ratio and 5ms response time. Users can expect to use the full-HD 1920 x 1080 resolution display at 60Hz. Since it uses an IPS panel, viewing angles and color uniformity remains clear even from the side or underneath.

The I1601FWUX weighs only 1.81 lbs so it is truly portable. It also easily fits inside a backpack as it meaures only 376. x 235.2 x 8.5mm. The USB Type-C cable is already included in the box when you purchase it, as well as a convenient smart cover case. It actually has a unique auto-pivot feature that automatically adjusts the image according to the display’s orientation. Which means that you will never have to change settings as you switch between landscape and portrait mode. There is also a built-in flexi-stand so it is ready for presentation all the time.
