AORUS GeForce RTX5090 MASTER ICE 32G Graphics Card Review

Black Myth Mukong

Black Myth Wukong is an action role-playing game inspired by the classic Chinese novel “Journey to the West.” Developed by Game Science, it features stunning graphics, challenging combat encounters, and a captivating story based on the legendary Monkey King. Players can expect a unique blend of Chinese mythology and action-packed gameplay.

In Black Myth: Wukong, the AORUS Master showcases its capabilities with a 7% improvement in the averages over the Founders Edition, a noteworthy uplift that solidifies its position at the top. However, when comparing the Master to itself with the added fan, the performance difference is negligible and actually drops, albeit by 1% which is again well within margin of error. The same can be said for its comparison to the ROG Astral OC, which also falls within a 1% margin of error too. What is nice to see from our results though,  is that across all configurations, the 1% lows remain consistent so the card does perform where expected.

  1. Well it says 70° but at 1600rpm+ and I can say that my Aorus 5090 is pretty loud at 1600rpm. What you wanna do is you wanna use the silent bios and try to stay below 1300rpm and THAT is pretty difficult unfortunately (be quiet Pure Base 500 with 4 or even 5 fans). I can keep it at 75-78° with 1250-1280rpm but only at a PT of 85%. Anything above 90% and the shit goes up to 80°+ and the fans go up to 1500-1600rpm which is too loud for my taste. I certainly expected better temps (lower noise) with a huge cooler like that but it also requires very good airflow inside the case ofc.
