Apple Announcing Two iPhones along with the iWatch!

Apple conference in San Francisco

Thanks to The New York Times, we’ve learned that Apple will be soon announcing two different sized iPhones next week alongside their wearable smartwatch – the iWatch.

The New York Times mentioned in their article of the iPhone 6’s screen sizes being “4.7 diagonal inches and the other 5.5 diagonal inches”, also making note to point out Apples special consideration given towards those who have trouble handling big phone screens:

“To deal with concerns that a bigger phone will make typing with one hand difficult (the current iPhone has a four-inch screen), some changes to the design of the iPhones’ user interface will allow people to type or use apps with just one hand; there will be a one-handed mode that can be switched on and off, two employees said.”

Apples new wearable device is something that we’ve covered before – it’s nice to finally put the rumors to rest and have comfort in the fact that we know that all the information will be available and confirmed soon.  It’s obvious that Apple need to get this device out in the public ASAP, as so many competing brands are already announcing and releasing their latest plea to the smartwatch audience.

The iWatch will feature sensors which track movement and vital signs, a flexible screen and wireless charging support. It’s said that solar charging was tested for the iWatch without much luck.

This new product will also be Apple chief executive Timothy D. Cook’s first brand-new product release – after he took the throne shortly before the late Steve Jobs’ passing.
