Assassin’s Creed Shadows: The Claws of Awaji Has a Release Date on Nintendo Switch 2
The expansion The Claws of Awaji for the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Assassin’s Creed Shadows now has an official release date, just announced by Ubisoft: the package will be available for game owners starting March 10.
Already available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, The Claws of Awaji introduces a new campaign lasting over ten hours, featuring a brand-new setting, new enemies, and exclusive rewards that can be integrated into the main experience.
Once again in control of Naoe and Yasuke, this time we will travel beyond Osaka Bay to visit Awaji Island in search of an ancient artifact, but along the way we will face many dangers and very powerful enemies.
A Chapter That Surpassed Expectations
In particular, we will need to watch out for the dangerous Sanzoku Ippa clan, whose members will try to block our path and stop us from tracking down a mysterious shinobi.
Although there were several doubts beforehand, Ubisoft stated that Assassin’s Creed Shadows and the entire series exceeded expectations in the last quarter, attracting a large number of players and maintaining the high standards the franchise is known for.
In addition, the expansion The Claws of Awaji has succeeded in bringing players back to the game, and it is expected to do the same with the Nintendo Switch version, arriving as mentioned on March 10.
