Asus Radeon HD 6950 OC 2GB

An Even Closer Look
Taking the card apart reveals a plain brown coloured PCB with a clear view of the mounting points for the cooler.

Here shows the side of the cooler that makes contact with the main parts of the card. You can see the copper plate that will make a direct touch with the GPU core.

Here is a view of the card in its bare form showing us the GPU core and 2GB of memory. The memory on this card runs at 5000MHz (1250MHZ GDDR5).

The core used runs at 810MHz, giving a slight increase in power when compared to a stock card. This gives a 10MHz higher clock speed resulting in more performance, whilst there should still be room for further overclocks by the user.
