Unsurprisingly, the GL503V scored almost exactly what I expected it would, given its use of the i5-7300HQ processor. When it comes to day-to-day work and multi-tasking, it’s more than powerful enough to get the job done.
The same is true for the WPrime score, hitting 439.01 seconds, which seems quite slow, but keep in mind the other laptops are using the i7, or are desktop CPUs.
This is a very demanding benchmark for any system, but the 503V still put up a fight. It’s not a rendering laptop, but we already knew this and those who plan on doing such things will no doubt want a Ryzen or i7 equipped unit.
