We told you about four months ago that Telltale was working on its own Batman game, and it appears that the wait will soon be over as the developers have recently announced an official release date for this upcoming game. Batman: The Telltale Series will be released in a digital and physical version at different dates, and the digital version will become available first in August. As for the physical version of the game, it will come out on September 13 in North America and September 16 in Europe, and it’s also worth noting that this title will be playable on iOS and Android devices, as well as on the PC, Apple computers, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
The first chapter will be accompanied by a price tag of $4.99, but those who wish to pay in advance for future episodes will be able to do so by purchasing the game’s “Season Pass Disc,” which will set them back $29.99. The game’s developers had a few words to say about this future title:
“The series will be available…starting September 13th in North America as a special Season Pass Disc, which will include the first of five episodes in the season and will grant access to the subsequent four episodes as they become available for download via online updates.”
