be quiet! has expanded its legendary cooling lineup with the release of the Dark Rock 6 and the Dark Rock Pro 6. The Dark Rock series has a long history, and now with the 6th generation, we’re expecting them to be better than ever! The Dark Rock Pro 6 is the flagship dual-tower model, designed for maximum cooling performance with a dual-fan and dual tower configuration. A fantastic feature of this generation is the integrated Speed Switch, which allows users to manually toggle between a Performance mode for maximum cooling and a Quiet mode for silent operation at low loads; old models has a low and high RPM limit, but this can fully stop the fans now. The cooler uses a combination of two Silent Wings PWM fans and seven high-performance copper heat pipes. It also features a specialised black coating with ceramic particles to optimise heat dissipation and a rail system that allows the front fan to be adjusted for better RAM clearance.

Like its larger sibling, it features the Speed Switch and the ceramic-particle coating. It utilises six copper heat pipes and a single 135mm Silent Wings fan. The asymmetrical design is specifically tailored to ensure that the cooler does not interfere with taller memory modules, while cut-outs in the heatsink fins provide clearance for motherboard VRM components.
