BenQ EW3270ZL Eye-Care 32-Inch 1440p Monitor Revealed

BenQ has just revealed their latest monitor, the EW3270ZL Eye-Care. It comes with a 32-inch display, which features a native resolution of 2560 x 1400 pixels, and comes with a range of features that are designed to make literally easy on the eye. The increased resolution over 1920 x 1080 will provide you with a nice and sharp picture, while dynamic brightness adjustments that sense the ambient lighting using a non-PWM technique, this will help prevent micro-flickering which in the backlighting, reducing potential eye strain in the process.

The panel is an AMVA+ which comes with 10 bpc support, 1.07 billion colours, and a 4ms response time (GTG). There’s a good 178/178-degree viewing angle too, with 300 cd/m2 max brightness, and a native contrast ratio of 3000:1 (static), although it does deploy dynamic mega-contrast should you need it.

Over HDMI 1.4, the display outputs 30 Hz at its native resolution, so you’ll want to use the DisplayPort 1.2 or mini-DisplayPort for 60 Hz operation at native resolution. The monitor also includes a pair of 2W speakers for ease of use, as well as a basic tilt adjustment via the stand.

“Featuring an AMVA+ panel, the 32 inch LED monitor incorporates Brightness Intelligence Technology to optimize the display performance for multimedia enjoyment. Experience visual comfort during extended viewing with BenQ’s Eye-care technology which includes Low Blue Light Plus mode and Flicker-free technology. Slim bezel design beautifully complements any space.
