BIOSTAR has today unveiled its new A620MT motherboard for the latest AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors and is designed for those looking for a basic motherboard that simply does the job and provides all the basic features that the average user needs.
This new A620M motherboard uses the budget focuses A620 chipset and is ready to support the latest Ryzen 7000 series processors including the newest Ryzen 5 7500F right out of the box. Alongside the Ryzen processor is two DIMM slots for DDR5 memory with up to a 96GB capacity with 48GB per module with verified support for up to DDR5-6400 memory. In addition to this, the A620MT features a single PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, a PCIe 3.0 x1 slot and a single PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot which accompanies four SATA III ports. This motherboard also offers a front USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C alongside USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.
The rear IO covers all the basics with an HDMI 1.4 port and DisplayPort for your video output as well as four USB 3.2 and 2 USB 2.0 for your connectivity. The board also offers HD audio jacks, Gigabit Lan and has a BIOS update button between the DP and USB 3.0.
