Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 Beta Will Include the Campaign and Warzone
It seems that Activision is particularly confident about the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4, so much so that it wants to make the two Beta weekends the richest ever seen in terms of content. Let’s see what players will be able to try during this test period.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4: All Beta Content, Including the Campaign
Early Access Beta (August 21 – August 25)
- Campaign Mission: Entrenched
- Multiplayer Maps: Rooftops, Silkworm, Transit 213, Cachette, Lotus and Kill Block
- Multiplayer Modes: Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, Kill Confirmed, Inflation, Search & Destroy, Kill Block (10v10 & 3v3 Gunfight) and Mobility Course
- Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC (Microsoft Store, Steam and Battle.net)
Open Beta (August 28 – September 1)
- Campaign Mission: Entrenched
- Multiplayer Maps: Rooftops, Silkworm, Transit 213, Cachette, Lithium and Kill Block
- Ground War: Combat Outpost – Imjin Farmland and Wolves Stadium
- Warzone: New Resurgence map Zodiac
- Multiplayer Modes: Hijack, Combat Outpost, Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, Kill Confirmed, Inflation, Search & Destroy, Kill Block (10v10 & 3v3 Gunfight) and Mobility Course
- Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC (Microsoft Store, Steam and Battle.net)
As you can see, for the first time ever, the Beta will also include a demo of the single-player campaign, giving us a small taste of one of the most awaited modes in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4.
That’s not all, as Warzone will also be part of the test as a special addition. During the second weekend, we will be able to try Zodiac, the map that will be added to the mode after MW4 launches.
It will also be interesting to try the Nintendo Switch 2 version during the final weekend, so we can see how the shooter runs on Nintendo’s latest hybrid console.
