CEMU Update Brings Improved Performance & Compatability to Wii U Emulator

Wii U Emulator CEMU has been making fantastic progress this year, and the latest update brings significant improvements to its overall performance, even improving its overall game compatibility. The update from the team brings the emulator up to version 1.6.2, and improves the performance in some games to run them twice as fast as before.

Now the emulator is perfectly capable of running games such as Mario Kart 8, New Super Mario Bros U, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, and Joshi’s Woolly World. As you’ll see in the video below, it looks like we can add Xenoblade Chronicles X and Bayonetta to that list too.
