CHIEFTEC has announced a new variant of its Hunter ATX Gaming PC case which features enhanced airflow thanks to an enlarged mesh surface on its intake
The new Hunter 2 from CHIEFTEC builds upon the success of the original Hunter ATX gaming case but instead features a larger mesh front panel as well as an overall sleeker design with brushed aluminium panels as well as a hinged side panel. It strikes a balance between an office PC, which CHIEFTEC have a large catalogue of, and the flair of a gaming PC with RGB lighting which includes ARGB controls on the front I/O.
The case comes with four ARGB fans pre-installed ensuring users are set up for good airflow and a bit of style right out of the box. There is room for two additional fans to be installed on top either 120mm or 140mm. For those who prefer water cooling, the case is a bit deceptive as it only supports up to a 280mm radiator in the front despite appearing to be able to support a 360 in the front.
Hardware support extends up to ATX motherboards with up to 170mm of CPU cooler height. GPU Clearance is a bit on the lower side at 320mm and will be restricting for many of the larger cards. Drive bay support is solid with two 3.5″ slots and two 2.5″ slots.
CHIEFTEC has not shared information on pricing nor availability though if you would like to learn more visit chieftec.eu.
