Final Thoughts
At first glance, you will fall for its dashingly good looks and slim body and in white it really does look stunning and can only be described as Mac-like with its whole design and styling which is good in our books.
Feature wise sees a sufficient amount of memory, nice sized hard drive and suitable graphics for its purpose but it is let down somewhat by the single core N455 1.66GHz Intel Atom processor. Though we say this with a note, as the pre-supplied Ubuntu operating system dealt with the single core processor far better than Windows 7 does but being a Microsoft fan boy i couldn’t live with Linux on a long term basis.
Performance results weren’t fantastic but this device isn’t aimed at the hardcore gamers, but could be seen more as a gift for your son/daughter starting out at school and needing something for taking notes and a bit of light Internet browsing.
The main point with this laptop is down to its style and functionality and we can only describe is as a practical laptop with a certain Je ne sais quois.
