Club 3D today announces next generation Radeon HD 7800 cards. Based off AMD’s latest HD 7850 and HD 7870 designs which feature an improved 28nm GCN architecture and dramatically reduced power consumption.
In total Club 3D starts with 4 different versions on the 2 chipset variants 7850 and 7870. You can read a detailed press release on each of the following models below:
Pricing
Club 3D’s reference designs will stick to AMD’s recommended pricing of $349 for the HD 7870, and $249 for the HD 7850. The other models are expected to be priced higher probably by around 10%.
