Noise
Here is the question that is probably on the tips of everyone tongue. The cooler is extremely small with a small fan and heat-sink so it should require the fan to spin extremely fast. The results show that is was audible, but it wasn’t uncomfortable to listen too. Remember, we bench in an open test bench so once placed into a good computer case, you might not hear it at all.
Power Consumption
AMD has a massive downfall with power consumption, but the R9 Nano was released to bust that. It’s certainly not as low as what NVIDIA could possibly get it, but it’s a step in the right direction and shows promise for what AMD could bring to the table in the next generation of cards.
Temperatures
I was pleasantly surprised with how cool this card was. At stock, it is cooler than the Sapphire Tri-x R9 Fury.
