The industry leading manufacturer, Cooler Master, has today introduced a new duo with the Sentinel Advance 2 Gaming Mouse and Speed Rx Mousepad.
The Sentinel Advance 2 is a re-engineered version of its predecessor, now sporting one of the most advanced laser sensor, the Avago 9800, capable of over 8000 DPI, this mouse allows for higher sensitivity and accuracy levels, but it works both ways, extending its benefits to lower DPI settings. Coupled with an ultra low lift off distance (LOD), the gamers are provided the ability to perform actions in a split-second and to quickly reposition the mouse without the risk of sending the cursor flying in unwanted directions.
Aside from the sensor improvements, the Sentinel Advance 2 sports all the features its predecessor had including 128 KB of onboard memory, customizable colour LEDs, a large palm grip, on-the-fly DPI adjustment, and a modular weight management system.
Designed for high-end gaming, the Speed Rx uses a synthetic mesh made of nano fibres specifically engineered for high end gaming grade optical sensors, although it allows the same kind of precision with laser sensors. The nano fibres create a drag-reducing surface the improves overall tracking. The thickness of 5 mm provides a cushion that helps reduce fatigue while a triple layer heat bonding process lengthens the lifetime of the mousepad. Common with most around the market, the Speed Rx is also coated with a anti-slip grip underside for it remain in place.
Set for release later this month, the Sentinel Advance 2 will have a price tag of $59.99 while the Speed Rx will be price at $19.99.
