Cooler Master Launches MasterCase Pro 5 NVIDIA Edition

Cooler Master have been creating a lot of awesome chassis’ over the years, and their MasterCase series is by far one of their greatest. Now they’re back with a bit of a twist, with this custom Nvidia themed MasterCase Pro 5! Sure it’s not going to appeal to everyone, as you would have to be a pretty die-hard green team fan to even want it, but it’s cool that they’re doing something a little different.

“The MasterCase represents the crest of a new wave of case technology, pioneering our unique FreeForm™ Modular System, which allows you to expand your case by replacing exterior elements, including top panels and the case door, as well as offering unparalleled flexibility to reconfigure the case interior.”

Cooler Master have partnered with NVIDIA to bring you a new member of the well-loved MasterCase series.

The new mid-tower still have all the great features of the MasterCase Pro 5, so you can get all those details right here in our review. However, when it comes to aesthetics, it’s a little off the wall, with a new green side panel window, and those stunning decals on the exterior. Personally, I couldn’t have this in my office, it would look ridiculous, but I know a few people who would absolutely love it, and that’s fine, this wasn’t designed for mass appeal.

Upgrade Your PC Inside Out with the FreeForm™ Modular System

“Cooler Master wants users to have absolute control over how their case looks and functions. FreeForm provides options to not only adjust the case exterior, but also offers interior layout flexibility in a mid-sized case. In the MasterCase Pro 5 NVIDIA Edition, FreeForm allows a single case to support a host of different configurations, enabling users to upgrade rather than replace their case and system. Through a unique Clip-and-Click panel, FreeForm lets users adjust vertically or remove the drive cages entirely. This flexibility allows building multiple system configurations like home servers, water-cooled workstations, or gaming rigs with dual-slot extra-long graphics cards using one single case.”

All accessories, including external panels and kits will be available for purchase from authorised retailers and also online at the Cooler Master online stores in North America, Europe, and Asia. More accessories are to be announced at a later date. To learn more visit the official product page here.
