Cooler Master MasterPulse Pro Bass FX Headset Review

Introduction

Cooler Master continue their relentless drive to renovate their entire product category today, as we see the release of the latest headset in their MasterPulse series. We’ve already seen the mighty impressive MasterPulse over-ear headset, and the MasterPulse in-ear headphones, but today we take a look at the top-dog of the range, the MasterPulse Pro, which comes packed full of features like RGB lighting, virtual 7.1 processing, a built-in USB soundcard with EQ profiles and more.

With the gaming peripherals market now more competitive than ever, having a headset that delivers on design, performance, features and more importantly than ever, price, is a must for any gamer. The MasterPulse Pro certainly sounds good on paper, so let’s grab the box and take a closer look at what Cooler Master’s latest has to offer.

Packaging and Accessories

The box is nicely designed, with a stylish image of the headset on the front, as well as a few details on the surround and RGB features.

Around the back, a quick bullet point list detailing the surround, bass FX, lighting and comfort, which is then broken down into multiple languages.

Things get a little more technical behind the cover, showing the main spec of the headset, as well as giving us a good look as the design through a large window section. Enough of this stuff, let’s crack that box open and see what it has to offer.
