Cooler Master Releases Hyper 212 Halo Edition CPU Cooler and MasterFan MF120

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 has established itself as one of the most popular custom CPU coolers available. Today, Cooler Master has given it a fresh new design with the Hyper 212 Halo Edition featuring their new MasterFan MF120 Halo².

Unfortunately, this cooler isn’t a custom design based on the game Halo and instead is based on the name of Cooler Master’s new MF120 Halo² fans which are now included with the Hyper 212. Not only does this cooler feature the new fan, but the cooler has also been redesigned with a matching colour treatment and a coordinating top cover showcasing the signature logo in both white and black colour variants. The Hyper 212 Halo stands at 154mm in height and retains its slim profile to maximise compatibility with most chassis and RAM orientations as well as features updated installation brackets for the latest LGA1700 and AM5 sockets.

The New MasterFan MF120 Halo²

The staple new feature of this new Hyper 212 variant is the inclusion of Cooler Master’s new MasterFan Halo² which features fan blades that are increased by 10% over its predecessor. The Halo² provides enhanced airflow and cooling performance whilst also featuring a stable hybrid frame structure to minimise vibration and noise. The Halo² fans are stylish with its dual loop LED design utilising Cooler Master’s addressable Gen 2 RGB lighting which offers ultimate customization to suit your needs. Like the Hyper 212, these fans are also available in white and black variants and also a 140mm variant.
