Corsair makes great hardware, no doubt about that, but if there’s one thing they’re really well known for, it’s their love of RGB lighting. The company has just revealed their new Vengeance LED RGB memory, and well, the name really says what it is. The modules are only demo units, but expect retail models to be 3000MHz and 3200MHz DDR4.
Using Corsair Link, each module can have colourful lighting effects, have their colours set individually or set in groups.
What’s nice is that the memory uses the SM Bus for colour changes, so no need for additional hardware/software to get the job done.
There’s little else to say on these other than the fact we think they look epic, and anyone who wants more RGB action inside their build will find it here.
Also on display, the MP500, nothing too new here, but still worthy of a mention. The drives use M.2 NVMe PCIe, delivering up to 3000MB/s read and 2400MB/s write, making them the fastest drives Corsair makes to date.
We’ll bring you more information on all this new hardware as soon as we have it.
