Full Corsair System in a (Relatively) Compact Tower
Corsair‘s fully assembled PC the ONE ELITE is finally available. It sports Intel’s latest 8th Generation i7-8700K processor with six cores and 12-threads. This upgrades last year’s model which had an Intel Core i7-7700K. With the CPU change also comes the motherboard and chipset change as well, now sporting a Z370 instead of a Z270. These are not the only upgrades the ONE ELITE gets this time however. Corsair is also upgrading the 32GB DDR4 memory to run at 2666MHz rather than 2400MHz from previous models.
What sets the ONE ELITE from other pre-builts however, is its relatively compact size. The system measure 6.9 x 7.9 x 15 inches and weighs 16.31 lbs. It manages to do so through a custom liquid cooling solution for both the CPU and the GPU.
The ONE ELITE still uses a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti since the only other option is the new Titan. In terms of storage, there is a single 480GB M.2 PCIe x4 SSD. There is also a 2TB SATA HDD inside. This lets users with a large game library to install plenty of titles, separate from the main OS drive.
Each system comes with a Windows 10 Home pre-installed and has a 500W 80 Plus Gold SFX PSU. All systems also come with a two year warranty.
How Much Does the Corsair ONE ELITE Cost?
The latest model sporting 8th gen Intel Coffee Lake is available now for £2,999. There is also the ELITE Pro Plus version for £2,799, which has 16GB of DDR4 instead of 32GB. Last year’s ONE ELITE and ONE Pro Plus models are also available for £2,499 and £2,299 respectively.
