Performance
As this is a camera, there aren’t any traditional benchmark tests or similar that we can run. We can, however, test the image quality, video quality, motion sensor, and audio sensor.

Whether we snap still photo’s during the day or the night, the D-Link DCS-2630L delivers great results.
Daylight Recording
During day time, we see a great result despite the sun shining at full power through the windows. We get a clear Full-HD video without motion blur and clear-to-identify objects.

Night time Recording
In this night time video, there isn’t any light source in the room beside a few LEDs here and there. I’ve turned all light and monitors off, but you can see my mouse and keyboard shining. The DCS-2630 is still able to deliver great image quality and a brightness that makes everything visible. The room recorded is about 25 square meters wide, and we got every corner covered.
