Deepcool Revealed Their Latest Coolers at CES 2019

Deepcool Captain 240 Pro

The Captain coolers have long been one of my favourite AIO designs. The reactor design on the pump is just too cool to ignore, and a great way of showing the liquid in the actual cooler. The new Captain 240 keeps that iconic design. of course, there are some improvements here. It now supports up to 250W TDP which is great. It also features their new pressure relieving radiator to prevent leakage. They’ll be adding this to their entire line too. A new pump design is now more powerful and reliable, and there’s addressable RGB throughout too. Prices are expected to be $139.99 and available this month.

Castle 360 RGB

For $169, there is also the 360mm edition of the Castle RGB. This one can cool up to 280W, and includes support for TR4 and AM4 sockets. It’s got 16.7m RGB lighting, with built-in effects, and 36 lighting models. If you want to sync to your motherboard, you can also do that too. This doesn’t have the reactor pump, but it still has that lovely aRGB mirror block that looks pretty slick.

Air Cooling

Their new air cooler range is pretty exciting too. The Assassin III will be around $99.99. That’s pretty expensive, but given it can cool just about any CPU with its high-performance design, it’s not so bad. It features dual tower and dual 140mm fans. There’s a cutaway for 54mm ram clearance, and it also comes with G-15 Thermal Paste included. It’ll hit the market in May, so no doubt that’s Computex 2019.
