Endorfy Arx 700 Air Mid-Tower Case Review

Complete System

Without a doubt, this is a really nice case to work with, and Endorfy has poured in a lot of little details that make it easy to achieve a clean build with minimal fuss. There are no less than 35 cable tie loop points behind the motherboard, so strapping down cables to get clean runs is easy. Plus, with good cable management space and the PSU shroud, dealing with excess cables isn’t an issue at all.

A lot of modern cases have ditched grommets, which is a shame, but Endorfy has given this case six large rubber grommets that really help tidy up the cable pass-throughs. It’s a small detail, but honestly, it makes a big difference to the aesthetics.

There’s a vertical pass-through for the GPU power cables too, which I think all cases should have, but surprisingly this great feature is often missing in premium cases.

I managed to fit the lovely Endorfy 360mm AIO in the top of the case, and it fits easily enough. Of course, I had to remove the pre-installed 140mm fan to do it, but for our CPU cooling capacity, it’s a tasty upgrade.

Airflow throughout the case is excellent, as you have 3 x 140mm fans in the front that can bring in huge amounts of fresh air even at lower RPM, meaning you can keep the system running both cooler and quieter.

Clearance throughout the case is not an issue either, there’s plenty of room for flagship graphics cards, albeit if you wanted to put in an RTX 4090 (for example), you would be limited to fans only in the front of the case, but at least you can still get a radiator into the top.

There’s good width too, so if you’re dealing with those (occasionally) pesky 12VHPWR connectors and a wide graphics card, it shouldn’t conflict with the case window.

Obviously, this is the non-RGB version of this case, and honestly, I’m kinda glad, as it’s both fancy enough to look cool, but also dark and understated enough to look good in your living room or office.
