Enermax Introduces Compact ETS-N31 CPU Cooler

Enermax has released a new 92mm called the ETS-N31 which is designed to be compact and budget-friendly for entry-level and mid-range systems. Retailing for only $19.99, the ETS-N31 provides value for a wide arrange of compatible systems including older LGA775 or LGA1366 systems as well as current Intel LGA115x sockets and all AMD desktop motherboards including the latest AM4 mounting standard. The ETS-N31 stands only 125mm tall so it can fit in most mid-tower and even some workstation cases.

Due to its compact nature, the Enermax ETS-N31 is able to clear many component that would otherwise be an issue with larger air coolers such as VRM, video card or memory clearance. Three 6mm copper heatpipes with direct contact take heat from the base and distribute it to the aluminum heatsink fin array at the top. These heatpipes are configured in an asymmetrical layout so as to provide clearance for RAM even when a fan is installed on the heatsink’s intake side. In terms of its layout on the aluminum fin stack, the heatpipes are alternating to create a vortex generator flow from the intake 92mm fan so it is able to push out hot heat from the heatpipes more efficiently.

The fan installs using a fan clip system for easy installation, and the Intel mounting system is also equally as simple utilizing Enermax’ own style of push-pin solution. For AMD, the ETS-N31 uses a pre-installed metal latching system that attaches to the default AM3/AM4 mounting system.

Availability starts late March 2017 in various retail stores. For more information, visit the product landing page: http://www.enermax.com/home.php?fn=eng/product_a1_1_1&lv0=49&lv1=102&no=347
