The parent company of ZOTAC, Manli, and INNO3D has confirmed in an official statement that entry-level graphics card prices will rise again during the second half of fiscal year 2026 because of the shortage that has been affecting the technology market for some time.
Due to the high demand for DRAM from the AI market, manufacturers of RAM and graphics memory, which is needed for graphics cards, are facing increasingly higher prices and supply problems, creating this shortage.
RTX 3050 and RTX 5050 Could Get More Expensive as Memory Shortages Continue
Graphics card prices have already increased, with the GeForce RTX 50 series being the most affected, but prices are going to rise again and will first affect the entry-level range. This is not a rumor. The information has been confirmed by a source that owns three graphics card manufacturers, so it is official and will eventually happen.
Entry-level graphics cards include the GeForce RTX 3050 and GeForce RTX 5050, as well as AMD’s Radeon RX 9050.
