EVGA is announcing four new GeForce GTX 1070 Ti graphics card models available for pre-order. Each have their own unique cooling design and set of features, complimenting NVIDIA’s latest GPU. The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti uses the same Pascal architecture as the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080. However, it has 2432 CUDA cores with 8GB of GDDR5 on a 256-bit memory interface. All models operate at 1607MHz baseclock with 1683MHz boost out-of-the-box.
Among EVGA’s options include a standard blower-style cooler, a liquid-cooling model and two dual-fan custom models. The standard blower-style 08G-P4-5670-KR however is not the same as the founder’s edition design. It does not have the fractal metallic pattern but has a flatter look. However, its cooling system exhausts at the rear through larger vents. There are also openings towards the front and along the sides approaching the rear to aid with the temperatures.
A hybrid model with AIO cooling from Asetek is the third option. This is called the EVGA GTX 1070 Ti SuperClocked Hybrid and comes with a 120mm radiator fan assembly pre-installed. This AIO cooler is for the GPU directly, while another fan cools the VRM section.
The current high-end model for EVGA’s GTX 1070 Ti lineup is the GTX 1070 Ti FTW2. This features the ICX technology with nine independent sensors all over, ensure users can monitor their card properly. It also has RGB LED synching capability and custom dual-fan cooling system.
