Over Power Protection and Max Wattage


For a gold stand power supply, particularly one from such a reputable brand, it’s not unusual to see that when put to overpower testing, the results gained are a little higher than those suggested on the box. The EVGA Supernova 750 G+ managed to push out another 252 watts before the protections came into place. Objectively, this is fairly standard for power supplies of this type, however, the common factor of this should not detract from the overall impressive result.
