For Honor Will Actually Have a Single Player Mode

Upcoming hack and slash video game For Honor is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal, and from what I’ve seen so far, it definitely shows some promise. Early gameplay videos of For Honor showcased a fast-paced, action-packed playing style that revolved around a multiplayer experience, but sources suggest that this game will also have a full single player mode, which definitely makes it more interesting. Considering the fact that this is Ubisoft’s first attempt at creating such a game, it’s going to be very interesting to see how things turn out. For Honor producer Stephane Cardin has shed some light on the new solo campaign by stating the following:

“One of the big questions we receive in feedback is about the solo campaign. We said that we will have a solo campaign, and I can promise you that we will have a solo campaign. It’s one of the key subjects we are working on, on the floor. I can’t wait to show stuff to you guys, and we’ll do it as early as possible, like we did with the multiplayer.”

Many gamers agree that Ubisoft’s recent titles are relatively boring and repetitive, but this is the company’s chance to prove that it can create a completely new, original and engaging game.
