G.Skill Announces DDR5-6400 CL30 96GB (2x 48GB) Low-Latency Memory Kits

G.SKILL Unleashes Low-Latency DDR5-6400 CL30 Memory Kits, Up to 96GB!

G.SKILL, renowned for its high-performance memory, has just launched their fast DDR5-6400 CL30 memory kits. They’ll be available with capacities up to a massive 96GB (2x48GB). These new kits, available in both Trident Z5 RGB and Trident Z5 Royal series look pretty amazing too, although they may be a little too glitzy looking for some, they are engineered for the most demanding users and content creators.

Pushing the Boundaries of Speed and Capacity

G.SKILL has achieved an impressive feat, combining high capacity with incredibly low latency. This means smoother multitasking, faster rendering, and improved responsiveness in even the most memory-intensive applications. Imagine running demanding games, editing 4K video, or working on complex 3D models with unprecedented fluidity.

Validated Performance on Intel and AMD Platforms

Rigorous testing has confirmed the DDR5-6400 CL30 kits are fully compatible with the latest Intel and AMD platforms. G.SKILL demonstrated a 96GB kit running flawlessly on an ASUS ROG Maximus Z890 Hero motherboard with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K processor. Not stopping there, they also showcased the same kit hitting its rated speed on an ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Hero motherboard paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU.

XMP 3.0 Support for Easy Overclocking

Overclocking your memory is a breeze thanks to Intel XMP 3.0 support. Simply enable the profile in your motherboard’s BIOS and you’re good to g; no manual adjustments needed!

Availability

These high-performance memory kits will be available in 96GB (2x48GB), 64GB (2x32GB), and 48GB (2x24GB) configurations. Expect to see them hitting the shelves at your favourite retailers starting in Q1 2025.
